🚚 How long does shipping take?
We offer Standard Delivery for most of our products:
- Standard items: Delivered within 2–3 weeks
- Made-to-order or specialty products: May take 4–6 weeks
We’ll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed along the way.
📦 Why did part of my order ship separately?
Your order may contain items that:
- Are shipped from different locations
- Have different lead times or availability
- Include custom or pre-order products that require extra time

To return a product:
- Make sure it meets our Return Policy

- We’ll send you the return instructions and address
Please note: returns must be made within 30 days and some items like fresh flowers or custom bouquets are non-returnable.

- Include a photo of the issue and your order number
- Our customer support team will review and resolve the matter quickly
We can offer replacements, refunds, or store credit depending on the situation.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes! At checkout, you can choose to:
- Add a personal message
- Select gift wrapping (available on select items)

🛒 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.
