At Kolbus Flowers, we care deeply about your satisfaction and aim to deliver beautiful, fresh floral arrangements and gifts. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


📦 Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh flowers, plants, or perishable items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

🧾 Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may grant partial refunds for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send an email confirming receipt
  • We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your card provider (posting time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank (processing may be delayed)

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value
  • A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed once the return is processed

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
